500gr maki z pszenicy durum (semola)
200gr.maki pszennej
30gr drozdzy swierzych
1 lyzka soli (plaska)
1 lyzka oleju
ciepla woda ile maka zabierze...

Prepare instructions:

Sposob przygotowania:
Make wsypac do miski dodac pozostake skladniki wlewac powoli wode i wyrabiac rekami ok 20 min.ciasto powinno byc miekkie i elastyczne.

Ciasto rozwalkowac na grubosc 1 cm wykrawac kolka ;mozna tez podzielic na kilka(z tej porcji wychodzi 7szt.)porcji i rozplaszczyc rekoma na cienkie placki.
Odstawic na 1 godz.aby "odpoczely".Rosnac beda na patelni,zazwyczaj sie "rozwarstwiaja".Patelnie o grubym dnie rozgrzac polozyc placek zmniejszyc ogien i piec odwracajac kilka razy ,aby sie nie przypalily.

znalazlam to w wyszukiwarce...nie mieszkam na codzien w polsce to nie wiem zabardzo gdzie mozna kupic taka make,ale mozna urzyc normalnej tylko nie gwarantuje ze wyjdzie jak powinno.

semolina to kasza ale nie manna...poniewaz jest zolta jesli chodzi o kolor .przeciez nie z "grysiku"chleb robie...semolina jest z przenicy durum...
