Ingredients:

Ciasto białe :
6 białek
1 1/2 szkl cukru
1 szkl mąki ziemniaczanej
łyżka octu

Ciasto ciemne :
6 żółtek
2 całe jajka
6 łyżek cukru
4 czubate łyżki mąki pszennej
2 łyżeczki kakao
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

Ponadto:
Krem karpatka(duża porcja),lub można samemu zrobić krem budyniowy,
biszkopty,
szkl.kawy cappucino,
galaretka o dowolnym smaku,
polewa czekoladowa.

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto białe :
Białka ubić na sztywno z cukrem,dodać mąkę i ocet.

Ciasto ciemne:
Żółtka i całe jajka ubić z cukrem,dodać mąkę wymieszaną z kakao i proszkiem do pieczenia.

Obydwa ciasta kłaść na przemian po łyżce do brytfanki,przejechać kilka razy widelcem aby ciasto się wymieszało.Piec 35 min w temp.170 C
Przestudzone ciasto przekroić na 2 części.Na jednej części położyć 1/2 kremu,na to ułożyć biszkopty namoczone w kawie kappucino,następnie zalać tężejącą galaretką(rozrobioną w 1,5 szkl.wody),położyć resztę kremu,przykryć 2 częścią ciasta i udekorować polewą.

Chciałam zrobić coś nowego na urodziny syna i zaryzykowałam z Benusiem. Wszyscy zajadali i brali przepis:) Pychotka:)))))

Nie wiem dlaczego ucięło komentarz, a miało być "RE-WE-LA-CJA"!:) Ciasto pyszne, niecodzienne i wcale nie trudne w przygotowaniu. W ciągu ostatnich 2 miesięcy robiłam je już 4 razy! Gorąco polecam!
