Ingredients:

Biszkopt:8 jajek;180 g cukru pudru;110 g mąki pszennej (około 11 łyżek);2 płaskie łyżki mąki ziemniaczanej;2 i ½ łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia.Masa:1 szklanka cukru pudru;1 szklanka mleka;375 g margaryny;4 jajka;3 opakowania galaretki (różne kolory);1 opakowanie żelatyny;3 łyżki cukru.

Prepare instructions:

Biszkopt: Białka ubić na pianę, stopniowo dodawać cukier i ubijać, aż cukier się rozpuści. Żółtka delikatnie rozmącić. Do białek dodać żółtka, przesiane mąki i proszek do pieczenia. Delikatnie wymieszać. Ciasto wylać do wyłożonej pergaminem blaszki. Piec około 30 minut w temperaturze 180°C. Ostudzić, przekroić na pół.
Masa: Galaretki rozpuścić (każdą osobno) wg przepisu na opakowaniu (można dać trochę mniej wody, wtedy będą lepsze). Margarynę utrzeć z cukrem pudrem na puch. Żółtka ubić z cukrem. Dodawać do utartej margaryny. Galaretki pokroić w kostkę i dodać do masy wraz z rozpuszczoną w mleku żelatyną. Połączyć z ubitą pianą z białek.

Biszkopt przełożyć masą. Udekorować według uznania.

Ciasto zrobiłam, wyszło pyszne, tylko mam propozycje dla odchudzających, że zamiast kremu z 1,5 kostki margaryny, galaretki można zatopić w śnieżce z żelatyną :)
