Bogracz NOWY, LEPSZY PRZEPIS

Ingredients:

- wędzona słonina (może być boczek wędzony), (nie pamiętam ile dokładnie),
- 2 łyżki smalcu,
- 2 cebule,
- 50 dkg wołowiny,
- 2 zielone papryki,
- 40 dkg marchwi i pietruszki,
- 2 pomidory,
- 60 dkg ziemniaków,
- dużo ostrej papryki (przyprawa),
- sól,
- łyżka słodkiej papryki,
- pieprz.

Prepare instructions:

Słoninę stopić na skwarki, zezłocić cebule, dodać ostrą paprykę, następnie wołowinę pokrojoną w kostkę. Dusić 2 minuty, następnie dodać wodę, posolić. Potem dusić mięso przez 40 minut, aż będzie na wpół miękkie. Dodać zieloną paprykę, marchew z pietruszką, słodką paprykę (przyprawę), ziemniaki pokrojone w kostkę oraz pieprz, gotować jeszcze z 20 minut, aż warzywa będą miękkie. Na końcu dodać pomidory.

Makłowicz nic nie wspominał o kluseczkach. Bardzo dobrze, bez klusek bogracz jest smaczniejszy. Te kluski to chyba polski wymysł bo na pewno nie węgierski.

oprócz kluseczek,które Węgrzy dodają do bograczu,w większości przepisów jest jeszcze kminek
