Brownie ala tiramisu

Ingredients:

Ciasto:

160 gr masła
200 gr gorzkiej czekolady
3 całe jajka
2 żółtka
150 gr cukru trzcinowego
2 łyżki mąki
1 łyżka kakao
szczypta soli
2 łyżeczki cukru waniliowego

Masa:

200 ml śmietany 30%
250 g sera mascarpone
2 łyżki likieru amaretto
1 łyżka cukru pudru
1 czubata łyżeczka kawy rozpuszczalnej
10 sztuk ciasteczek amaretti

Prepare instructions:

Nad garnkiem z gotującą się na małym ogniu wodą rozpuścić w misce masło z pokruszoną czekoladą, dokładnie rozmieszać.

Jaja i żółtka ubić mikserem, stopniowo dodawać cukier i cukier waniliowy. Ubijać do momentu, aż masa zrobi się gęsta a pod palcami nie będzie czuć kryształków cukru. Do masy jajecznej (po ściance naczynia) lejemy przestudzoną czekoladę i jeszcze chwile miksujemy. Do miski wsypujemy mąkę, kakao i sól wszystko bardzo powoli i delikatnie mieszamy.Wylewamy na blachę 22x26 cm. Pieczemy 25-30 minut w 180*C.

Śmietanę kremówkę ubijamy na sztywno, dodajemy serek, cukier puder, amaretto i kawę, wszystko miksujemy. Do masy śmietankowej wkruszamy ciasteczka i mieszamy. Na ciasto wykładamy masę, odstawiamy w chłodne miejsce. Przed podaniem posypujemy kakaem.
