Ingredients:

8 szarych renet lub antonówek, 1,5 szklanki orzechów włoskich, 4 jajka, 4 łyżki oleju, 1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia, 2 łyżki alkoholu, 1 szklanka cukru, cukier waniliowy 2,5 szklanki mąki, 10 dag rodzynek

Prepare instructions:

Placek nazywa się brzydki, bo nie wygląda zbyt ładnie - za to jest pyszny i bardzo aromatyczny, a na dodatek bajecznie łatwy w wykonaniu :) Jabłka obrać, pokroić w dużą kostkę. Dodać orzechy, rodzynki i alkohol. Zasypać cukrem i odstawić na 2 godziny. Ubić białka, dodać do nich żółtka, mąkę, proszek i olej. Wszystko zmiksować, a następnie wymieszać z jabłkami. Piec godzinę w temperaturze 200 stopni.

Muszę przyznać, że ten placek był strzałem w dziesiątkę. Piekłam go już kilkakrotnie i wcale nam się nie znudził. Pozdrawiam i polecam go wszystkim , którzy lubią piec szybkie placki(a do tego pyszne!)

Upiekłam. Smaczne. I nie jest takie całkiem "brzydkie". Sami popatrzcie

Ciasto bardzo dobre, upeikłam w ostatnią sobotę i wszystkim smakowało. Trochę mi się na górze przypaliło, bo mam piec z termoobiegiem i nie muszę piec aż godzine tylko troche krócej- ale na drugi raz będę już widziała!!
