Bułeczki Postne orginał-Fastelavensboller

Ingredients:

OKOŁO 14 PORCJI
100 g. masła lub margaryny,
600 g. mąki,
100 ml.cukru,
1/2 łyżeczki kardamonu(dla chętnych),
1/2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia,
350 ml. mleka,
50 g. drożdży.

"PĘDZLOWANIE"
białko jajka.

OZDOBY
300 ml. bitej śmietany,
cukier puder.

Prepare instructions:

Wymieszać masło z większą częścią mąki. Dodać cukier, kardamon i proszek do pieczenia. Rozdrobnij drożdże w ciepłym mleku i wlej do mieszanki mącznej. Dodaj resztę mąki i wymieszaj na gładkie, lekko kleiste ciasto. Pozostaw do wyrośnięcia (jeśli będzie zbyt leiste dodaj więcej mąki). Powinno wyrosnąć ok. jeszcze raz tak duże. Uformuj bułeczki i posmaruj białkiem. Piecz ok.12-15 minut w temperaturze 225 stopni Celsjusza. Gdy wystygną ozdób w/g. własnego uznania.

Co to za przepis, zupelnie odbiega od orginalu!!!!

Jak chcesz nazywac cos orginalem, to nie mozesz zamieniac kremu waniljowego na bita smietane i nie poinstruowac, ze bulki sie przekrawa, wyjmuje czesc ciasta i wypelnia w jego miejsce kremem . Wierzch posypac nalezy cukrem pudrem.
