Buraczki zimowe

Difficulty level

Ingredients:

buraki
cebula
czosnek
cytryna/ocet
sól
pieprz
miód/cukier
olej

Prepare instructions:

Ugotowane i obrane buraki, zetrzeć na grube wiórki, cebulę drobno pokroić, wszystko razem wymieszać i dosmaczyć solą, pieprzem, przeciśniętym przez praskę czosnkiem, miodem-ja uwielbiam gryczany i akacjowy-i sokiem z cytryny. Dodać trochę dobrego oleju i znów wymieszać.Można użyć cukru i octu zamiast miodu i cytryny, jednak uzyskamy wtedy nieco inny smak.Całość ciasno układamy do słoików i pasteryzujemy około 15-20 min. od zagotowania wody. Takie buraki nadają się wyśmienicie jako sałatka do obiadu, ale też do barszczu ukraińskiego czy zwykłej zupki buraczanej.
