Canneloni ze szpinakiem

Ingredients:

1 op. makaronu canneloni
50 dkg.mrożonego szpinaku
15 dkg.pieczarek
2 ł. masła
2-3 ząbki czosnku
4 ł.śmietany
puszka pomidorów b/skórki
5-8 dkg. żółtego sera
2 ł. oleju
sól, pieprz do smaku
1 serek topiony.

Prepare instructions:

Pieczarki podsmażyć na maśle,dodać szpinak i smażyć aż wyparuje woda.Dodać zmiażdzony czosnek i śmietanę.Na końcu wmieszać serek topiony.
przecierem szpinakowym napełnić rurki,poukładać w żaroodpornym naczyniu,zalać pokrojonymi pomidorami z puszki.
Posypać obficie startym serem.

Zapiekać w temp. 200 stopni ok. 20 min.

Na masle zesmazyc pieczarki, dodac szpinak -smazyc az wyparuje woda.Dodac czosnek i smietanę posolic popieprzyc na koncu wmieszac serek topiony.Ponapelniac rurki makaronu masą,poukladac w zaroodpornym naczyniu na to pomidory z puszkii starty zolty ser .Zapiec w piekarniku w temp.180-200stopni ok.40 min.
