Ingredients:

CIASTO:

2,5- 3 szklanki mąki

szczypta soli

1 jajko

2 łyżki oliwy (ewnetualnie olej)

ROZCZYN:

1 łyżeczka cukru

30 g drożdży

3/4 szklanki mleka

DODATKOWO:

4 średnie cebule

sól, pieprz- do smaku

1/2 łyżeczki oregano

5-6 łyżek startego sera żółtego

ketchup

*1 szklanka to ok 250 ml

Prepare instructions:

Przygotowujemy rozczyn: letnie mleko mieszamy z cukrem i drożdżami- odstawiamy do wyrośnięcia.

W czasie kiedy rozczyn rośnie, kroimy drobno cebulę i podsmażamy, przyprawiamy do smaku.

Kiedy rozczyn jest wyrośnięty mieszamy ze składnikami na ciasto i wyrabiamy na gładkie, elastyczne ciasto. Ciasto dzielimy na równe części- formujemy kulki i spłaszczamy, smarujemy ketchupem, kładziemy na całej powierzchni cebulę i posypujemy startym serem i dajemy od razu do nagrzanego piekarnika.

Pieczemy w temperaturze 180º przez około 15 minut

* Podczas wyrabiania ciasto może być mało zwarte, wtedy należy dodać więcej mąki.

** Można oprócz cebuli dodać też podsmażone pieczarki lub plasterek szynki.

Zapomniałam czasu dopisać, wybaczcie:) Mati temperatura 180 stopni (jest podana już), zaraz czas dopiszę.

Najlepszy przepis na ciasto, jaki kiedykolwiek spotkałam!!! Z zewnątrz chrupkie, w środku puszyste i mięciutkie, takie, jak uwielbiam!!! Przepis ląduje w ulubionych i na pewno cebulaki będą częstym gościem w mojej kuchni happy2 U nas dzisiaj w dwóch wersjach, z serem i bez. Dziękuję bardzo bardzo!!!! happy2
