Ingredients:

5 jaj,

1 kg mąki,

1 kostka margaryny

1szkl. kwaśnej śmietany,

6 łyżek oleju,

1 słoik miodu (ja kupuję akacjowy ok. 1,5 szkl.),

25 dag cukru,

1 przyprawa do piernika,

1 łyżeczka amoniaku,

3 łyżeczki sody oczyszczonej

Prepare instructions:

Przygotowanie: Połowę cukru zrumienić na karmel, rozprowadzić z 1/4 szkl. wody, dodać miód, rozpuścić i przestudzić. 3 jajka i 2 żółtka ubić z resztą cukru. Dodać rozpuszczony miód, mąkę, rozpuszczoną margarynę, olej, śmietanę, sodę, amoniak i przyprawić. Wyrobić ciasto i włożyć na noc do lodówki. Następnego dnia wałkować dość cienko, wykrawać pierniki i piec. Po upieczeniu można ozdabiać lukrem i bakaliami. do klejenia elementów użyłam karmelu. Smacznego!!!!!!!!!!!
