Chlebek Focaccia z ziolami i czosnkiem

Ingredients:

35 dkg maki pszennej
7 g drozdzy instant (swiezych 14g, zrobic rozczyn)
220 ml letniej wody
1 lyzeczka soli
2 lyzeczki oliwy z oliwek
Ziola suszone (tymianek, bazylia, oregano, rozmaryn)
2-3 zabki czosnku

Prepare instructions:

Z maki, drozdzy, wody, oliwy i soli zagniesc elastyczne ciasto. Przykryc sciereczka i odstawic w cieple miejsce na godzine do wyrosniecia. Po tym czasie ciasto ponownie wyrobic dodajac lyzeczke ziol. Uformowac okragly chlebek i umiescic na blaszce wysypanej maka. Odstawic na 15-20 min do podwojenia objetosci. W ciescie zrobic palcem wglebienia i powciskac w nie kawaleczki czosnku. Piekarnik nagrzac do temp. 200 stopni. Chlebek delikatnie posmarowac oliwa i posypac ziolami. Piec ok 30 min.

Focaccie mozna podawac jeszcze ciepla do wszelkich salatek, gulaszy itp. lub wystudzona na kanapki. Bardzo smaczny i latwy do upieczenia wloski chlebek! Polecam!

Uwaga: Ciasto mozna bardziej splaszczyc i polozyc na gorze cebulke, oliwki,suszone pomidorki, ser; co kto lubi i zajadac sie jak pizza:)

Focaccia to płaski na 1-2cm. chlebek włoski,co najwyżej z rozmarynem.

Tak focaccie piecze sie najczesciej na duzej blaszce rozplaszczajac go mocno, ale co kto woli, ten jest bardziej puszysty.
A na gore mozna klasc co tylko dusza zapragnie! Wlosi tez nie jedza go tylko z rozmarynem, jest wiele rodzajow. Pozdrawiam!
