Chlebek serowo-cebulowy z grilla

Ingredients:

1 mały chlebek
kostka masła (200g)
ok. 300g sera żółtego
1 pęczek zielonej cebulki (lub 2 pęczki szczypiorku)

Prepare instructions:

Przygotowujemy "masę".
Miękkie masło przekładamy do miski. Ser ścieramy na tarce o dużych oczkach, dokładnie łączymy z posiekanym szczypiorkiem i masłem.

Teraz chlebek.
Zaczynamy od piętki - smarujemy ją z jednej strony i doklejamy do niej suchą kromkę. Następną kromkę znów smarujemy z jednej strony i doklejamy do dwóch poprzednich. Smarujemy kolejną i znów doklejamy do tego co już mamy - i tak aż do końca sklejamy cały chlebek. Smarowane warstwy nie muszą być grube.

Bochenek zawijamy w folię aluminiową, pieczemy na grillu ok. 30 minut na wyższym poziomie rusztu (po 15 minutach obracamy do góry nogami).

Jest to pyszny dodatek do kazdego rodzaju grilowanego mięsa. Smacznego!

* chlebek można również przygotować w wersji czosnkowej - zamiast cebuli, przeciskamy do sera i masła 3-4 ząbki czosnku

CHlebek wyszedł rewelacyjny. Goście wciągali aż było miło. Na stałe zagości u nas jako dodatek do grila. Polecam serdecznie
