Ingredients:

CIASTO:
30 dkg mąki
20 dkg tłuszczu / 1/2 masła i 1/2 margaryny/
10 dkg cukru pudru
   3 żółtka
   2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia.
   1 łyzka kakao

KREM :
25 dkg mleka w proszku
25 dkg margaryny /ja uzywam kasię/
25 dkg cukru pudru
  1 jajko
    olejek migdałowy

Prepare instructions:

Mąkę i margarynę wymieszać mikserem z sprężynkami, dodać resztę składników i zarobić ciasto.
Ciasto pdzielić na pół i do jednej połówki dodać 1 łyżkę kakao do zabarwienia.Nastepnie ciasto rozwałkować i wykrawać jednakowe ciasteczka. Po upieczeniu ciastko białe i kakaowe przełożyć dżemem.
Krem:
wszystkie składniki utrzeć, włożyć do szprycy i udekorować ciastka.

Ciasteczka z książki siostry Anastazji,troszeczkę zmodyfikowałam.

Ciasteczka tee są przepyszne.

Ja nie sklejam po dwa tylko wycinam pojedyńcze białe ciasteczka, a na wierzch daje krem z mleka i do połowy dodaję bakalie, a na górę daję rodzynkę w czekoladzie abo zwykłą.

Bardzo żałuję, że zabrakło mi czasu na zrobienie kremu. Polałam ciasteczka czekoladą. Są pyszne, mięciutkie, mogą długo leżeć. Dziękuję za przepis.
