3+1/2szkl. - maki

1szkl. - mleka

2Lyzki - stopionego masla

3Lyzki - oleju

1/2lyzeczki - pr.do pieczenia

2 - jajka

Prepare instructions:

WYKONANIE:

Zarobic ciasto i odstawic do wyrosniecia.

Nastepnie podzielic ciasto na 2-wie czesci.

Jedna czesc rozwalkowac i wylozyc nia foremke( prostokatna)

Na ciasto dac owoce (lub ser wczesniej przygotowany?)

Teraz nalezy przykryc(owoce lub mase serowa) druga czescia (rozwalkowanego)ciasta.Piec w dobrze nagrzanym piekarniku az do zarumienienia.

* Wykonanie masy serowej:

1Kg sera(zmielonego) utrzec z 1szkl. cukru,2-ma jajkami i 2-ma Lyzkami grysiku(kasza manna)

Oj to musi być fajne ciasto .. Pytanko Beatko czy ciasto musi wyrastać tzn. dać mu chwilę w po nałożeniu masy serowej czy owocowej ? Tak sobie myślę ,że roladka też tego ciasta też byłaby super prawdaż ?

Witam "megi65" ;) Juz nam jeden raz ciasto roslo (w tym przypadku nie ma takiej potrzeby) zaraz po nalozeniu "farszu" :) siup do pieca.Pozdrawiam i dziekuje za komentarz.
