Tatar z lososia (na grzankach)

Ingredients:

250g - wedzonego lososia(bez skory)

70g - gestej smietany

70g - cebuli dymki

30g - korniszonow

10 Lyzek - oliwy z oliwek

2 zabki - czosnku

70g - kawioru

1/2 peczka - koperku

12 kromek - bagietki(1cm grubosci?)

pieprz Cayenne

Prepare instructions:

WYKONANIE:

Lososia oczyscic i pokroic w cienkie male "platki". Dymke i korniszony pokroic w drobna kosteczke,koperek posiekac.Wszystko ostroznie wymieszac i przyprawic odrobina pieprzu Cayenne.

Rozgrzac oliwe z oliwek z rozmiazdzonym czosnkiem.Usmazyc grzanki z kromek bagietki z obydwu stron na "zlotobrazowy" kolor.Odlozyc je na papier do osaczenia z tluszczu.Tatar z lososia rozlozyc na grzankach,na to polozyc "kleks" smietany i udekorowac odrobina kawioru? Podawac od razu.

Tatar z wędzonego łososia ?

Witam "spajdermen". Czemu nie? Tatar,od razu kojarzy sie nam z miesem wolowym,ale okazuje sie,ze tatara mozna zrobic, takze z ryb(makreli,sledzia,tunczyka itp.)Doskonaly jest miedzy innymi(rybkami) z wedzonego lososia. Polecam! Pozdrawiam :)

Beatko, robie bardzo czesto tatara z lososia,.......... ale ze swiezego.Dodaje cebulke, ogorki konserwowe albo kiszone i odrobine maggi.Podpatrzylam w Sopocie w Przystani. Jest pyszny.

Witam "Basialis".Smaczny prawda? Ja jednak wole z wedzonego lososia,natomiast moj maz lubi z surowej rybki. Dziekuje za komentarz,pozdrawiam :)

ok. sądziłem że tatar jest z mięsa surowego, też np ryby, nawiązując do historii pochodzenia tej przystawki
