Ciasto czekoladowe

Very easy

Ingredients:

120 g masla,
125 g czekolady (mleczna lub gorzka w zaleznosci od smaku, ja wole mleczna),
150 g cukru,
2 jajka,
szczypta soli,
cukier waniliowy,
125 g maki,
150 g grubo posiekanych orzechow, najlepiej wloskich

Prepare instructions:

Rozpuscic maslo w nieduzym garnku, wrzucac po kawalku czekolady, roztopic, caly czas mieszajac drewniana lyzka. Zdjac garnek z palnika, dodac cukier, wymieszac znowu drewniana lyzka. Dodac: jajka, sol, cukier waniliowy i ponownie wymieszac.

Wlaczyc piekarnik na 200ºC. Dodac make i na koncu orzechy. Wymieszac. Wysmarowac forme ok. 23 x 23 cm. Wylozyc ciasto. Piec 25-35 minut.

Po wyjeciu pociac cieple ciasto w kostki. Mozna jesc jak jest jeszcze cieple, wtedy jest najlepsze.

Uwaga: Na drugi dzien ciasto twardnieje i juz nie jest takie dobre!

Zrobiłam i wyszło bardzo smaczne. Ale bez orzechów bo nie wszyscy domownicy lubią.

Ciasto dobre ale jadłam smaczniejsze :) Ale ja jestem wybredna :P innym bardzo smakowało :P i nie miałam problemu, że następnego dnia bedzie twarde :P wszystko zostało zjedzone już pierwszego dnia :)Ps. Też zrobiłam bez orzechów :)
