Ingredients:

8 - bialek

3 - zoltka

1szkl. - cukru

1Lyzka - kakao

20dag - zmielonych orzechow

1lyzeczka - pr. do pieczenia

1Lyzka - tartej bulki

Skladniki na KREM:

1/2Litra soku z brzoskwin(moze byc kompot z gruszek lub sok z ananasow,z puszki)

1Lyzka - maki ziemniaczanej

2Lyzki - maki pszennej

1/2szkl. - cukru

5 - zoltek

1 - galaretka owocowa

1 paczka - ciasteczek "Delicje"

RUM ;)

Prepare instructions:

WYKONANIE:

Ciasto

Bialka ubic na sztywna piane,dodac cukier i dalej ubijac.Na koniec dodac zoltka.Do ubitej masy dodac reszte skladnikow (Uwaga!: w tym ciescie nie ma maki) powoli mieszamy(nie miksujemy!)Piec w nagrzanym piekarniku(180*C) ok.30min.

KREM:

Odlac czesc soku i wymieszac znim obie maki.Reszte soku zagotowac z cukrem.Zestawic z ognia i wlac rozmieszane maki,ponownie dac na palnik,dodac zoltka,caly czas mieszajac - nie gotowac!

Przestudzona polowe masy rozsmarowac na ciescie,na to ulozyc nasaczone w RUMIE delicje,rozsmarowac(delikatnie) reszte masy i zalac(tezejaca) galaretka.

Jak na moj "gust"(smak) to(1-ne opakowanie ciasteczek) z powodzeniem wystarczy :) Pamietajmy,ze po dodaniu wiekszej ilosci delicji,ciasto moze byc mocno "pijane" :) Pozdrawiam i dziekuje za podpowiedz(komentarz)
