Ingredients:

CIASTO:

- 45 dag margaryny KASI

- 3 szklanki mąki

- 1,5 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia

- 5 żółtek

PIANA:

- 1 szklanka cukru

- 1 cukier waniliowy

- 5 białek

- 45 dkg płatków migdałowych ( do posypania piany)

MASA:

- gotowa masa krówkowa

- kostka masła

- mały kieliszek spirytusu lub wódki

Prepare instructions:

WYKONANIE CIASTA:

1. Margarynę pokroić, dodac mąkę, proszek do pieczenia, żółtka- szybko zagnieść
ciasto.

2. Podzielić na 3 części.

WYKONANIE PIANY:

1. Białka chwilę ubijać. Gdy już się trochę ubiją dodać cukier i cukier waniliowy.

2. Kiedy cukier się rozpuści i piana będzie ubita podzielić je na 3 części.

3. Smarować nią każde rozwałkowane ciasto

WAŻNE ! Nie zapomnieć posypać każdej piany (przed pieczeniem) migdałami, które uprzednio także należy podzielić na 3 części.

4. Każdy placek piec 20-25 minut w 170 stopniach.

WYKONANIE MASY:

1. Zmiksować puszkę masy z masłem i kieliszkiem alkoholu. Ważne aby masa
i masło były w tej samej temperaturze aby masa się nie zważyła.

2. Powstałą masę podzielić na pół i przekładać upieczone placki.

CIASTO JEST SŁODZIUTKIE I WYŚMIENITE !

Ciasto bardzo smaczne, słodziutkie, "wciągające". Piekłam je już kilka razy. Moje ulubione. Dziękuję autorce za przepis i szczerze polecam.

Tak zgadza się 45 dkg płatków migdałowych do posypania każdej piany.

Jak Pan woli to można tylko ciasto na wiarzchu posypac płatkami mogdałowymi

Witam- czy napewno ma byc 45 dag margarynay na 3 szklanki maki???

Chcialam ten przepii umiescic w ulubionych, a wole sie upewnic.
