Ciasto na pierogi Najsmaczniejsze

Ingredients:

0,5 kg mąki pszennej
2 jajka
szczypta soli
2 łyżki stołowe oleju
woda przegotowana około pół szklanki ( na oko)
mleko

Prepare instructions:

do miski wsypujemy mąke , następnie wbijamy 2 jajeczka, dodajemy szczypte soli oraz przegotowaną wodę + olej i zagniatamy. w miare zagniatania ciasta dodajemy mleko ( na oko ). Pamiętaj jeśli dodałeś(aś) za dużo mleka ciasto bedzie się kleić, wtedy dodajemy mąke i zagniatamy. Ciasto nie może się kleić do rąk. wyrobione ciasto wykładamy na stolnice, stolnice obsypujemy mąką. ciasto dzielimy na małe porcje i rozwałkowujemy na cieniutkie placki . jeśli ciasto bedzie się kleić do wałka podsypuj mąką. Nastawiamy garnek z woa dodajemy sól oraz 2 łyżki oliwy z oliwek lub 1 łyżkę oleju ( pierogi nie będą się do siebie kleić)

Mi wychodzi około 70 pierogów

Ja zamiast oleju daję masło, jajek również nie dodaje.

A ja za to dodaję tylko: mąkę, 1 jajo i wodę. Nigdy żadnego tłuszczu...

Czy takie ciasto nadaje się zarówno do pierogów na słono (np. z mięsem, kapustą) jak i na słodko (np. z owocami) ?
