Ciasto toffi wg W-zetki

Ingredients:

duza paczka herbatników

4 żółtka

1 litr mleka

1 masło roślinne

1 szklanka mąki pszennej

1 puszka masy toffi

1 gorzka czekolada

1/2 l śmietany kremówki

1 cukier waniliowy

2 łyżki cukru pudru

Prepare instructions:

To pyszne, kremowe ciacho rozpływające się w ustach!

3 szklanki mleka, 1/2 szklanki cukru i masło roślinne zagotować.Do gotującej się masy dodać dokładnie wymieszane mikserem -1szklankę mleka+1 szklankę mąki +4 żółtka.Mieszając gotować wszystko razem na małym ogniu przez chwilę, aż powstanie masa budyniowa. W blaszce (średniej, prostokątnej) rozłozyc warstwę herbatników, na to wyłozyć masę budyniową (warto przetrzeć ją przez sito), pokruszone herbatniki (herbatniki włozyć do woreczka i "przejechać" po nich wałkiem do ciasta ;)), masę toffi (można ją lekko rozrzedzić mlekiem) i ubitą z cukrem pudrem i cukrem waniliowym śmietanę. Czekoladę zetrzeć na tarce i posypać wierzch ciasta. Uwaga! Przygotować 24 h przed podaniem!

Wlasnie wydrukowalam przepis, bede robila to ciasto na 2 urodziny synka :) Oczywiscie nie omieszkam napisac, jak smakowalo :)

Masło roślinne mam miec ile gram: 250 czy 500?
