Ingredients:

Ciasto:

1 szkl maku
2/3 szkl cukru
6 białek
100 g wiórków kokosowych
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

Masa budyniowa:

2 szkl mleka
200 g masła lub margaryny
2 op cukru waniliowego po 16g
4 łyżki cukru
2 czubate łyżki mąki pszennej
2 czubate łyżki mąki ziemniaczanej

Polewa:

190 g margaryny
2 jajka
6 łyżek cukru
3 łyżki kakao

Ponadto:

1,5 szkl posiekanych orzechów włoskich
100 g rodzynek
herbatniki - 24 szt (zależnie od wielkości blachy)

Prepare instructions:

Białka ubić na sztywną pianę, dodać cukier i dalej ubijać. Połączyć z proszkiem, wsypać mak i wiórki i wymieszać. Ciasto wylać na wysmarowaną tłuszczem i wyłożoną papierem blachę 25x36cm, wstawić do nagrzanego piekarnika i piec w temp. 170 stopni przez ok. 30-35 minut.

Jedną szkl mleka zagotować, do drugiej dodać mąkę, cukier waniliowy i cukier. Wymieszać i dodać do gotującego się mleka. Zagotować na małym ogniu i odstawić do wystygnięcia. Masło utrzeć i dodawać po łyżce budyniu.

Margarynę roztopić, doprowadzić do wrzątku a potem odstawić do wystudzenia. Jajka ubić z cukrem. Kakao i margarynę wlać do masy jajecznej ucierając.

Na ciasto nałożyć masę budyniową, przykryć herbatnikami, posypać sparzonymi rodzynkami i orzechami, a na końcu polać polewą.

Świetny przepis gdy zostaną białka po pączkach.
