Ciasto z nutellą i galaretką

Ingredients:

Nutella - średni słoik
Sucharki - niebieskie MAMUT Delikatesowe
2 serki homogenizowane Danio waniliowe
2 kubki śmietany 36% (w jednym jest chyba 200g)
Cukier waniliowy
Żelatyna z dr O’etkera
Galaretka 3 opakowania - ja użyłam malinowej
Owoce leśne albo truskawki (ja użyłam mrożonych malin)

Prepare instructions:

Najpierw należy zmielić najlepiej w maszynce do mięsa sucharki na drobny pył. Potem dodajesz cały słoik nutelli i mieszasz aż powstanie jednolita masa. Następnie układamy na tortownicy i wkładamy do lodówki. W tym czasie rozrabiamy żelatynę (ja daje 4-5 łyżeczki na mniej niż pół szklanki wody). Śmietanę ubijamy z serkami homogenizowanymi i cukrem waniliwowym, a na końcu powoli wlewamy rozrobioną żelatynę (musi być już chłodna). Potem wkładamy do lodówki i jak już ta masa jest sztywna to układamy owoce i zalewamy galaretką.

Serki Danio - 150 gram

Jeśłi chodzi o tortownicę to taka większa - bodajże 26 cm.

Robiłam to ciasto, jest po prostu pyszne rewelacyjne. Tylko ja miałam w przepisie 1kg twarogu- używam tylko i wyłącznie z piątnicy jest najlepszy.
