W pewnym momencie rzeczywiście ciasto zrobiło się tak zbite, że miałam trudności z rozprowadzeniem piany z białek. Rada, żeby wcześniej dodać białka jest więc bardzo sensowna. Mimo przejściowych kłopotów ciasto wyszło bardzo smaczne (martwiłam się, że ledwo zakryło dno blachy,ale nie było tak źle) i po kiklu godzinach ledwo co zostało.
