Ciasto z truskawkami

Ingredients:

Biszkopt:
6 jajek
1 szklanka cukru
1 szklanka mąki krupczatki
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

Krem:
pół kilo truskawek
1 kostka margaryny
gęsty ugotowany budyń na mleku
1-2 łyżki cukru pudru

Dodatkowo:
tężąca galaretka truskawkowa przygotowana wg przepisu na opakowaniu
kilkanaście truskawek do dekoracji

Prepare instructions:

1. Ubić pianę z białek, dodać po jednym żółtku, cukier, następnie mąkę i proszek i delikatnie całość zamieszać. Piec ok. 35 minut w 180 st. C.
2. Przygotować krem: Utrzeć margarynę z cukrem, dodać zimny budyń i całość połączyć.
3. Część truskawek do kremu rozgnieść widelcem, a resztę pokroić w kawałki. Dodać najpierw rozgniecione truskawki, wymieszać, a następnie truskawki w kawałkach i jeszcze raz całość zamieszać.

4. Ostudzony biszkopt przekroić na pół. Rozłożyć 3/4 kremu, przełożyć drugim biszkoptem, następnie dać resztę kremu. Umyte truskawki przekroić na pół, ułożyć na wierzchu i całość zalać tężącą galaretką truskawkową. Schować do lodówki.

w jakiej blaszce robiła Pani to ciasto?

Jak piekę to ciacho to używam blaszki 36x24 - więc takiej w miarę standardowej - polecam i pozdrawiam :)
