Ingredients:

ok. 20 dkg cukinii

2 łyżki cukru

1 cytryna

1/2 opakowania galaretki agrestowej Gellwe

1 szklanka śmietany kremówki

2 łyżki cukru pudru Gellwe

Prepare instructions:

Cukinię obrać, usunąć jej pestki. Cukinię zetrzeć na tarce o drobnych oczkach. Przełożyć ją do garnka, dodać cukier. Gotować tak długo, aż cukinia zmięknie. Garnek z cukinią zdjąć z ognia, dodać do niej sok wyciśnięty z całej cytryny, wsypać galaretkę. Dokładnie wymieszać, żeby galaretka się rozpuściła. Masę z cukinii zmiksować blenderem. Śmietanę ubić na sztywno. Pod koniec ubijania dodać do niej cukier puder. Do śmietany dodać mus z cukinii i dokładnie wymieszać. Masę przelać do maszynki do robienia lodów (wcześniej zamrożonej). Ubijać ok. 20 minut. Masę lodową dodatkowo zmrozić w zamrażalniku. Gotowe lody rozłożyć do pucharków. Można je polać dowolnym sosem.

Wyglądają ładnie, składniki ciekawe. A mogłabyś przybliżyć jak te lody smakują?

Ciężko opisać smak, trzeba samemu spróbować. Nam bardzo smakowały i z pewnością będę je częściej robić, bo takich w sklepie nie widziałam.
