Ingredients:

Ciasto

35 dkg mąki
35 dkg margaryny
20 dkg cukru
6 jajek
skórka otarta z 2 cytryn
sok z 1 cytryny łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

Masa
1/2 litra mleka
1 cukier waniliowy
3/4 szklanki cukru
25 dkg masła
półtorej łyżki mąki
półtorej łyżki mąki ziemniaczanej

Lukier
20 dkg cukru pudru
sok z 1 cytryny

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto
Margarynę roztopić i wystudzić
Białka ubić na sztywno z cukrem, dodać po 1 żółtku cały czas ubijając. Następnie dodać Mąkę z proszkiem, skórkę z cytryn i na końcu roztopioną margarynę. Wymieszać wszystko dokładnie.
Piec około 35 min. Po wystudzeniu ciasto przeciąć na pół

Masa
Odlać 1/2 szklanki mleka, a pozostałą ilość zagotować.
Do gorącego mleka dodać cukier i masło
Mąkę i mąkę ziemniaczaną wymieszać w pół szklanki mleka i wlać do gorącej masy. Masę pogotowac do zgęstnienia.

Gorącą masą przełozyc placki.
Na wierzchu polac lukrem

Lukier
sok połączyć z cukrem ucierać do uzyskania płynnej masy

Uwielbiam takie ciasta. A gdyby tak zamiast mąki dać do masy budyń cytrynowy? Byłoby zbyt cytrynowo? :))

Myśle, że jak lubisz bardziej cytrynowo, to na pewno nie zaszkodzi większa ilość smaku. Napisz jak wyszło
