cytrynowe księżyce

Ingredients:

4 jajka
15 dkg masła
15 dkg cukru pudru
15 dkg przesianej mąki tortowej
płaską łyżeczkę proszku do pieczenia
sok z 1/2 cytryny

lukier
ok 25 dkg cukru pudru
3 łyżki soku z cytryny.(jeżeli będzie za gęsty to dolać trochę soku)

Prepare instructions:

masło, cukier puder i zółka utrzeć na pulchną masę. Następnie dodać sok z cytryny i mąkę wymieszną z proszkiem do pieczenia.Ubić pianę z białek i delikatnie wmieszć do ciasta najlepiej drewnianą łyżką.
Ciasto wylać na blaszkę wyłożoną papierem dopieczenia.Piec około 20-25 min.Boki ciasta powinne odchodzić od blaszki. .
Ja mam blaszkę 28 x 40 cm.
Po upieczeniu boki ciasta obkroić nożem i wyłożyć na ściereczkę posypaną cukrem, zeby się nie przykleiło.

Puder cukier utrzeć z sokiem z cytryny i posmarować ciasto, ale tą część gdzie był papier.
Szklaneczką wykrawać księżyce

Bardzo fajne są te księżyce cytrynowe, mam taki przepis muszę kiedyś znowu upiec, dziękuję za przypomnienie.

Bardzo dobre , robiłam kilkakrotnie , zastanawiam sie czy mozna te ciasto wykorzystac jako ciasto pod truskawki z bita smietana i galaretka
