Czekoladowy sernik

Ingredients:

CIASTO:
- 2 szklanki mąki
- 20 dag masła
- 5 łyżek cukru
- torebka cukru waniliowego
- 2 żółtka
- jajo
KREM:
- 80 dag tłustego twarogu
- 7 łyżek cukru
- 3 jaja
- 200 ml śmietany kremówki
- 150 ml kwaśnej smietany
- 20 dag gorzkiej czekolady
- torebka cukru waniliowego
- 2 łyżki cukru pudru
- 4 łyżki rumu

Prepare instructions:

Z podanych składników zagnieść ciasto i włożeć je na pół godziny do lodówki. twaróg utrzeć z cukrem, jajami i cukrem waniliowym. 3 łyżki śmietany kremówki odlać, a resztę wymieszać z kwaśną śmietaną, wlać do masy serowej i ponownie utrzeć. Czekoladę zetrzeć na tarce, wsypać do rondelka, wlać odłożoną kremówkę i podgrzać mieszając. Następnie przelać do masy serowej, wlać rum i starannie wymieszać.
Wylepić ciastem dno i boki tortownicy. rozłożyć na cieście masę i wstawić je do piekarnika nagrzanego do 200st. Piec 70 min. Pozostawić sernik w piekarniku. a gdy przestygnie, posypać cukrem pudrem.
