Ingredients:

0,5 kg twarogu
0,5 szk. cukru
1 cukier waniliowy
jedna galaretka o dowolnym smaku
3 łyżki kakao
polewa lukrowa o smaku czekoladowym
wiórki kokosowe lub cukierki do posypywania tortów
20 dag masła
3 żółtka
herbatniki
olejek migdałowy
mleko

Prepare instructions:

Żółtka, cukier, twaróg, cukier waniliowy, masło utrzeć.

Galaretke rozpuścić w mleku.

Mase rozlać na dwie cześci do jednej dodać kakao i wymieszać.

Galeretke rozlać po połowie do dwóch mas. Masy wstawić do lodówki na 30 min.

Na papierze do pieczenia ułożyć herbatniki , posmarowac masą jasną, ułożyć kolejną partie herbatników i posmarowac masą ciemną. Położyć kolejną partie herbatników po czym ciasto zawinąc i wstawić do lodówki na około 2 h.

Przygotowac polewe, którą rozlać na ciasto, nie rozprowadzać jej tylko robić kleksy w niektórych miejscach. Posywać wiórkami kokosowimi. Wstawić do lodówki na pół godziny.

Czy galaretkę rozpuścić w 1/2 litra mleka, tak jak czyni sie to z galaretką?
