Ingredients:

1 opakowanie okrągłych biszkoptów
0,5 litra śmietany 30% lub 36%
3 niebieskie galaretki
1 mały cukier waniliowy
1 galaretka truskawkowa
posypka czekoladowa

Prepare instructions:

Szklane naczynie wyłożyć biszkoptami,galaretkę truskawkową rozpuścić w 1.5 szklance wrzącej wody,łyżką polewać galaretkę na biszkopty, do wyczerpania galaretki,odstawić do lodówki do zastygnięcia.
2 galaretki niebieskie,rozpuścić w 2 szklankach wrzącej wody,wystudzić.
Zimą śmietanę ubić na sztywno,pod koniec dodać cukier waniliowy,chwilę ubijać(kilka łyżek odłożyć do dekoracji)wlać chłodną galaretkę i wszystko wymieszać.
Na zastygnięte biszkopty,wylać masę śmietanową,odstawić do zastygnięcia.

Ostatnią galaretkę rozpuścić w 1¾ szklanki wrzącej wody,wystudzić zalać deser,udekorować bitą śmietaną i posypką czekoladową.

Galaretki bez trudu kupiłam w Kauflancie, a sam deser wyszedł rewelacyjnie, w sam raz na lato. PYSZNE

Mnie bardzo się spodobał ten niebieski kolorek. I teraz wszelkie błękitne ciacha i torty przykłuwają mój wzrok. Szczególnie pięknie wyglądają niebieskie dodatki na bialych masach. Pozdrawiam.
