Deser z Borówką

Ingredients:

4 galaretki owocowe w róznych kolorach (ja miałam różową,niebieską,żółtą,zieloną) + 1/3 szklanki wody gorącej przegotowanej do każdej galaretki
125g Borówki amerykańskie
250ml śmietany kremówki (30%) lub (36%) 50g cukru pudru
kolorowe cukiereczki do posypania

Prepare instructions:

Galaretkę (kolor obojętny) rozpuszczamy w 1/3 szklanki wody - studzimy
Pucharek umieszczamy w miseczce lub w innym naczyniu w pozycji pochyłej (patrz zdjęcie) i wlewamy przestudzoną galaretkę tak żeby to wyglądało jak płatek tulipana i wkładamy do lodówki do stężenia. Gdy już bedzie zastygnięta powtarzamy tę samą czynność z pozostałymi galaretkami kolejno. Całość powinna wygladać jak kwiat tulipan.

Do wysokiej miski dodajemy śmietankę,cukier i wszystko razem ubijamy na sztywną pianę i wstawiamy na co najmniej na 30 min do lodówki.

Po tym czasie do misy w której jest śmietana dodajemy borówki(kilkanaście zostawiamy do dekoracji) i delikatnie mieszamy łyżką.
W przygotowane pucharki z galaretką nakładamy porcję kremu z borówkami,dekorujemy kolorowymi cukiereczkami,resztą borówek i podajemy . . . .

Troszkę długo się robi ale deserek był pyszny :-)

Jest troszke twardawa,ale dzieciom to nie przeszkadzało ;)
