domowe nuggatesy kurczakowe

Ingredients:

6 pałek z kurczaka
40 dkg piersi z kurczaka
6 plastrów wędzonego boczku
sól pieprz cukier
3 łyżeczki miodu
2 łyżeczki musztardy
25 dkg drobnego makaronu
20 dkg zielonego groszku mrożonego
1 czerwona papryka
1/2 główki sałaty lodowej
250 ml jogurtu naturalnego
majonez
sok z cytryny

Prepare instructions:

Mięso oprószyć solą i pieprzem,pierś pokroić na 6 plastrów każdą porcję owinąć boczkiem,ułożyć na natłuszczonej blaszce i do piekarnika na 30 min.Na 10 min przed końcem pieczenia pałki posmarować musztardą wymieszaną z miodem.
Makaron ugotować ,na kilka minut przed końcem gotowania dodać nierozmrożony groszek.
Paprykę pokroić w paseczki,sałatę porwać na mniejsze kawałki,ser pokroić w kosteczkę lub zetrzeć na tarce.
Majonez rozetrzeć z jogurtem i sokiem z cytryny doprawić solą pieprzem i cukrem.Gotowy makaron i groszek odcedzić przelać zimną wodą,osączyć,wymieszać z papryką sałatą i serem, polać sosem majonezowym ,odstawić na chwile aby się smaki przegryzły i ponownie doprawić.Podawać do kurczaka.
