Dorsz na sposób portugalski

Ingredients:

1 kg filetów z dorsza
100 ml oliwy z oliwek
100 ml białego wytrawnego wina
4 średnie pomidory
2 cebule
1 łyżka masła
1 łyżka posiekanej zielonej pietruszki
1 łyżka posiekanego szczypiorku
2 ząbki czosnku
sól i pieprz do smaku

Prepare instructions:

Filety umyć, osuszyć. Zalać oliwą. Odstawić w chłodne miejsce na 1 godz. Cebulę pokroić w kostkę i usmażyć na maśle na złoty kolor. Pomidory sparzyć, obrać ze skórki i pokroić w kostkę. Dodać wino oraz przepuszczony przez praskę czosnek. Posolić i popieprzyć. Wszystko to wymieszać. Powstałą mieszaninę dodać do zalanych oliwą filetów. Całość dusić na małym ogniu ok. 25 min.. Miękką rybę wyjąć i przełożyć na ogrzany półmisek. Pozostały po duszeniu sos przetrzeć przez sito i wymieszać z ziołami. Podgrzać. Polać nim filety, Podawać z ryżem lub jasnym pieczywem.

Przepis naprawdę godny polecenia.Bardzo prosty , a smak przypomniał mi wakacje w Portugalii.
Pozwolę sobie na małą uwagę: jeśli pomidory są zbyt kwaśne tzn.niedojżałe to sugeruję zmniejszyć ilość octu i dodać ząbek czosnku więcej.Bardzo dziękuję za ten przepis,to jest niebo w gębie.
