Ingredients:

100 g biszkoptów
280 g gęstego jogurtu np. greckiego
1 banan
1 gruszka
1/2 łyżeczki cynamonu
2 łyżki wiórków kokosowych
75 g białej czekolady (może być także mleczna lub gorzka)
listki melisy lub mięty (do podania)

Prepare instructions:

Kiedy brakuje czasu, a mamy ochotę na coś słodkiego często wykorzystuję składniki, które mam pod ręką. Najczęściej są to desery na bazie jogurtu owoców i czekolady. Lubię takie połączenia, bo są pyszne i ekspresowe w wykonaniu. Dziś postawiłam na biszkopty, bo akurat je znalazłam w szafce. Można wykorzystać także herbatniki lub choćby płatki kukurydziane.

Biszkopty zmiksować w robocie. Do jogurtu dodać banana, obraną i pozbawioną gniazd nasiennych gruszkę, wiórki i cynamon. Zmiksować wszystko dokładnie. Cztery kostki czekolady posiekać na drobne kawałki. Resztę czekolady stopić w mikrofalówce lub na parze. W szklankach układać warstwy: biszkopty, jogurt, 1 łyżeczkę stopionej czekolady, biszkopty i jogurt. Posypać wiórkami i czekoladą. Udekorować melisą. Smacznego!

Olusia, na ile to jest porcji, inaczej ile mam szklanek przygotować? Brzmi pycha!

pralina mnie wyszły 3 szklanki około 200 ml. To wszystko zależy na ile chcesz zrobić porcji. Możesz dać więcej biszkoptów i zrobić kilka warstw. Pełna dowolność :)
