Ingredients:

Biszkopt:

* 5 jaj

* kisiel cytynowy

* 1/2 szklanki cukru

* 4 łyżki mąki tortowej

* 2 łyżki kakao

* proszek do pieczenia

Krem:

* 15 dag kokosu

* ok.700ml mleka

* 25 dag margaryny

* budyń śmietankowy

* 3 łyżki cukru

oraz:

* 3 opakowania herbatników

* masa krówkowa

Prepare instructions:

PRZYGOTOWANIE:

1. Biszkopt: białka ubić, dodać cukier- ubijać na sztywno, dodać żółtka, wsypac po łyżce mąkę zmieszaną z kiślem, proszkiem i kakao- delikatnie wymieszać. Ciasto wylać na blachę wysmarowaną tłuszczem i posypaną bułką. Wstawic do piekarnika na ok.40 min. w tem. 170 ⁰ C. po upieczeniu perzekroic na dwie części.

2 Krem: 1 szklanę mleka zagotować i zalać kokos. Odstawić do napęcznienia. Na reszcie zagotować budyń według przepisu na opakowaniu.Po całkowitym ostudzeniu zmieszać z kokosem.

Margarynę trzeć i dodawac po łyżce kokosowego budyniu.

3. Na desce układamy:

biszkopt - masa kokosowa - herbatniki - krówka - herbatniki - kokos - biszkopt

* na wierz cieniutka warstwa masy i kokos lub cukier puder

UWAG: jesli mam budyń z cukrem to do gotowania już nie dodaję cukru, natomiast jeśli kupicie budyń niesłodzony konieczne dodajcię przynajmniej 2 łyżki cukru.

TO CIASTO JAST NAPRAWDĘ PRZEPYSZNE, WSZYSCY MYŚLELI ŻE KUPIŁAM. WCALE NIE JEST TAK SŁODKIE JAK MOGŁOBY SIĘ WYDAWAĆ. POLECAM

W jakiej formie pieczesz biszkopt chodzi mi o wielkość.bo w składnikach na biszkopt jest tylko kisiel cytrynowy i 4 łyżki mąki i po upieczeniu należy go przekroić na dwie części.Chyba to musi być malutka forma?

Blacha jest standarowa. Ja mam swojkie jajka, więc są dość duże, ale te ze sklepu jak są małe to mozna dać 5 lub 6 iłyżkę więcej mąki. Ja białka z cukrem na biszkopt zawsze ubijam bardzo długo, tak że masa wygląda jak beza dopiero potem dodaję resztę. Dzięki temu zawsze wychodzi puszysty i spokojnie przekroi się na pół. Powodzenia.
