Ingredients:

Skladniki (na 8 osob) :
- 1 ciasto na pizze (kupne lub domowe)
- 2 duze cebule
- Boczek wedzony ok 250 gr
-1 kubeczek kwasnej smietany nie za tlustej

Prepare instructions:

Przygotowanie :

Przegrzac piekarnik do 180°C

Jak tylko ciasto bedzie gotowe, odstawic na bok na 30 min.
Ciasto rozwalkowac bardzo cienko okolo 0,5 cm, rozlozyc na blasze z piekarnika wyscielanej papierem do pieczenia.

Na ciasto wylozyc najpierw cebule pokrojona w cienkie paseczki, potem boczek i calosc wysmarowac gesta smietana.

Pizze wlozyc do piekarnika i piec ok 5-10 min nie wiecej.

Ciasto musi byc kruche i chrupiace.

Pizza jest smaczna z zielona salata w sosie vinaigrette.
