Ingredients:

-kapusta biała
-80 dag mięsa mielonego
-torebka ryżu
-koncentrat pomidorowy
-kostka rosołowa
-przyprawy ( sól ,pieprz , przyprawa do mięsa mielonego )
-jajko surowe

Prepare instructions:

Z kapusty zdjąć liście ( nieszkodzi jak się podrą), obgotować .Do mięsa mielonego dodać jajko, przyprawy(sól, pieprz , przyprawę do mięsa mielonego )i obgotowany ryż, wymieszać. Przygotować sos :rozpuścić kostkę rosołową w gorącej przegotowanej wodzie i dodać koncentrat pomidorowy , wymieszać .Obgotowane liście kapusty ulożyć w naczyniu żaroodpornym , na nich wyłożyć warstwę mięsa , polać sosem , a następnie przykryć warstwą kapusty i ponownie polać sosem.Zapiekać w naczyniu żaroodpornym ok.50 min.

brzmi nieźle i faktycznie o niebo mniej roboty chyba jutro wypróbuje Twojego gołębia, o skutkach i smakach napisze porzy okazji:)

Zrobiłam nareszcie i tak jak myślałam NIEBO W GĘBIE a o ileż mniej roboty. Smakuje jak normalne gołąbki no może odrbinę inaczej sosik bo nie ma w nim śmietanki, ale polecam wszystkim. Mój syn powiedział że jest SPOKO a w jego ustach to wielka pochwała haha. pozdrawiam
