Gołąbki prawdopodobnie po śląsku

Ingredients:

1/2 kg mięsa mielonego,
1/2 kg kapusty (może być więcej),
ok. 20 dag pieczarek (może być więcej),
1/2 papryki,
2 jaja,
cebula,
4 łyżki bułki tartej,
sól, pieprz, vegeta.

Prepare instructions:

Do mielonego mięsa dodać potarkowaną na grubych oczkach kapustę (można wrzucić do sztkownicy i taka drobniutka też będzie dobra), pokrojone pieczarki, drobno pokrojoną paprykę,bułkę tartą, jajka i przyprawy. Wszystko wymieszać. Formować kotleciki i leciutko obsmażyć (nie rumienić). Ułożyć w naczyniu żaroodpornym posmarowanym masłem i wysypanym bułką tartą i zapiec w piekarniku w 180^oC aż kotleciki się zrumienią. Smacznego :-)

te gołąbki robię bardzo często tylko bez papryki są pyszne mój syn i mąż się nimi zachwycaja polewam im po upieczeniu sosem grzybowym rewelacja
