Pół kg miesa mielonego doprawionego, ,jedna kapusta pekińska, jedna cebula,przecier pomidorowy,kostki rosołowe ,dwa woreczki ryzu,pul litra wody na sos.

Prepare instructions:

Wczesniej ugotowac ryz ,zagotować wodę,kapustę zanuzyc w gotującej sie wodzie i gotowac do miekosci lisci,przygotowac mieso mielone polaczyc z ryzem gdy potrzeba doprawic ,cebulke podsmazyc na oleju i polaczyc z mielonym miesem i wymieszac dokladnie,gdy listka kapusty beda miekkie na kazdy listek osobno klasc łyżką porcje mielonego i zwijac w golabki.Przygotowac sos pomidorowy pol litra wody zagotowac z kostkami rosolowymi gdy sie zagotuje dodac przecier pomidorowy i znow zagotowac, jak bedzie sos gotowy zalac poukładane golabki i jeszcze gotowac na malym ogniu do miekosci gołąbków.

Pierwszy raz robiłam gołąbki zawijane w kapustę pekińską. Wyszły bardzo dobre i delikatne. Ponieważ akurat nie mialam koncentratu pomidorowego to zrobiłam do nich sos koperkowy. Dziękuję za przepis.
