Grillowany ananas z rumowym sosem

Ingredients:

•		1 duży dojrzały ananas

•		100 g brązowego cukru

•		200 ml soku pomarańczowego

•		3 łyżki rumu

•		1 łyżka masła

•		3 łyżki płatków kokosowych (tzw. chipsów kokosowych)

Prepare instructions:

Ananasa umyj, odetnij podstawę i obierz ze skórki zostawiając liście. Przekrój go wzdłużnie na ćwiartki razem z pióropuszem liści. Z każdej ćwiartki wytnij twardy trzpień ze środka (tak jak się wycina głąb z ćwiartek kapusty). Możesz sobie darować ten pióropusz, tyle że jest atrakcyjny wizualnie.

Posyp miąższ ananasa na każdej ćwiartce brązowym cukrem, ułóż ćwiartki na blaszce i wstaw do gorącego piekarnika na 20-25 min., aż cukier się lekko skarmelizuje i ananas nieco zmięknie.Można tak przygotowanego ananasa grillować na aluminiowej tacce, jest nawet smaczniejszy.

W trakcie pieczenia ananasa zrumień na patelni bez tłuszczu płatki kokosowe, odłóż na bok. Zrób sos – na tej samej patelni podgrzej masło, resztę cukru, sok pomarańczowy i rum, gotuj do wyraźnego zgęstnienia. Ułóż na 4 talerzach grillowanego ananasa, polej sosem, posyp płatkami kokosowymi i zacznij się delektować.

Dzisiaj wyprowowalam ten przepis,pychota do tego dodalam kulke lodow waniliowych. musze sie porzyznac ze wylizalam talerz choc juz wieki tego nie robilam (bo to nieladnie,ale co tam).Goraco polecam, pozdrawiam i dzieki.
