Grysikowy deser cynamonowy

Ingredients:

500 ml mleka (koniecznie pełnego lub słodkiej śmietanki)
3 łyżki cukru trzcinowego
0,5 łyżeczki cukru z wanilią
laska cynamonu
60 g (5 łyżek) kaszy manny
łyżeczka masła

do ozdobienia:
marmolada jabłkowa
czekolada
orzechy włoskie

Prepare instructions:

Mleko zagotowujemy z laską cynamonu i cukrem. Zmniejszamy płomień i wsypujemy po łyżce kaszkę, mieszając dokładnie, by nie zrobiły się grudki.
Gdy całość zaczyna mocno gęstnieć, wyjmujemy cynamon, dodajemy masło i zdejmujemy garnek z gazu.
Małe miseczki (proporcje na 4 małe naczynka lub dwa wieksze) wykładamy folią spożywczą i wlewamy w nie masę. Odstawiamy do przestygnięcia. Następnie przykrywamy folią spożywczą i wstawiamy do lodówki na 2-3 godziny.

Po tym czasie zastygniętą masę wyjmujemy z miseczek, układamy na talerzyku, dekorujemy marmoladą, strużkami lub wiórkami czekolady oraz posiekanymi orzechami.

Na zdjęciu wersja z dżemem porzeczkowym zamiast czekolady.
