CIASTO:
500 g maki,
1 margaryna (250g),
1 szkl.kwasnej smietany.
KREM:
1 margaryna (250g),
0,5 l. mleka,
0,5 szkl.cukru pudru,
cukier waniliowy,
po 2 lyzki maki pszennej i ziemniaczanej.
POLEWA:
0,5 kostki margaryny,
szkl.cukru pudru,
2 lyzki kakao,
2 lyzki wody.
DODATKI:
bialko,troche maku,1 lyzka stopionego masla.

Prepare instructions:

Skladniki posiekac,zagniesc.Wstawic do lodowki na 1 godzine.
Rozwalkowac i wycinac szklanka pary krazek.Krazki wyciete szklanka oblepic i posmarowac tluszczem zewnetrzna strone.Upiec na zloty kolor.
Malym kieliszkiem wyciac krazki ze srodka krazkow wykrojonych szklanka i upiec.Czyli musza byc 3 krazki do jednego grzybka.
Uformowac z rulonu ciasta korzonki grzybka,maczac w bialku a koniuszki w maku i upiec.Do upieczonych kapeluszy nakladac krem i przykladac krazki z dziurka.

Wlozyc korzonki,kapelusze polac polewa.
Z mleka,cukru i maki ugotowac budyn,ostudzony dodawac stopniowo do utartej margaryny.
Polewe sporzadzic rozpuszczajac jej skladniki w rondelku(nie gotowac).
Gdy wystygnie polac kapelusze polewa.

Renatko ja robilam to przy pomocy widelca,przygniatajac dookola krawedzie(podobnie jak pierogi).POZDRAWIAM:)))

te grzybki są smaczne i efektowne ale niestety baaaaaaaaaardzo praco- i czasochłonne.
