Grzyby w sosie śmietanowym

Ingredients:

1,5 kg obgotowanych grzybów (najlepiej maślaki lub sitaki)

1 duża marchewka

4 cebule

2 kiszone ogórki

200 gram gęstej śmietany 18%

sól

pieprz

papryka mielona

1 łyżka smalcu swojej roboty

woda

Prepare instructions:

Grzyby obgotować w lekko osolonej wodzie, odcedzić, pokroić, przełożyć do rondla, dodać smalec, pokrojoną marchew i cebulę.

Zalać taką ilością wody, żeby grzyby były przykryte, dusić 30 min na małym ogniu, co jakiś czas mieszając, do miękkości warzyw.

Doprawić solą i dużą iloscią pieprzu, połączyć ze śmietaną i drobno pokrojonymi ogórkami kiszonymi. Dusić jeszcze około 10 min, cały czas mieszając.

Smacznego.

Przepis dostała moja babcia bardzo dawno temu, od znajomej Bułgarki.

Grzybki są pyszne, najlepiej smakują z ziemniakami lub pieczywem.

czy możesz podpowiedzieć ile minut trwa pierwsze obgotowanie grzybów?

Grzyby gotowały się około 20- 25 min.

Przepyszne!!!!!Ten ogórek robi smak,coś dobrego.Ja wkroiłam jeszcze ziemniaki (kostka).Dzięki za przepis:)
