Gulasz piwny po bawarsku

Ingredients:

250 ml piwa,
3 duże cebule,
2 marchewki,
1 kg wieprzowiny (z łopatki),
60 g smalcu wieprzowego,
sól,
świeżo mielony pieprz,
1 łyżeczka kminku,
500 ml wywaru warzywnego,
2 jabłka,
zasmażka.

Prepare instructions:

Cebulę obrać, marchew oczyścić i posiekać w dość grubą kostkę. Mięso umyć, osuszyć i pokroić w kostkę o boku ok. 2,5 centymetra. Na głębokiej patelni rozgrzać smalec i na dużym ogniu obsmażyć w nim mięso ze wszystkich stron, po czym dodać cebulę i marchew. Gdy cebula się zeszkli, doprawić solą, pieprzem i kminkiem, następnie wlać wywar warzywny i piwo, przykryć i dusić ok. 90 minut. Przez ten czas obrać jabłka, usunąć gniazda nasienne i pokroić w dość grubą kostkę. Na 5 minut przed końcem duszenia dodać jabłka do mięsa, po czym doprawić sos i związać go niewielką ilością zasmażki. Do gulaszu piwnego znakomicie pasują ziemniaki z wody lub krokieciki ziemniaczane.

Wspaniały aromatyczny gulasz. Zamiast jabłek dałam pół cukini albo kabaczka ( bo nie wiem które jest które) a sos wyszedł tak gęsty że nie musiałam dawać zasmażki.

Znakomity gulasz! Choć też nie dodawałam zasmażki. Moim zdaniem jest niepotrzebna. Wielkie dzięki za przepis...oczywiście "mój ulubiony":)
