Halibut po gdyńsku

Ingredients:

4 filety z halibuta,
7 dag mąki;
sól, pieprz do smaku

sos:
20 dag pieczarek,
5 dag cebuli,
1/2 strąka papryki,
3 dag koncentratu pomidorowego,
100 ml czerwonego wytrawnego wina
100 ml rosołu (może być z kostki),
3 dag mąki,
5 dag śmietany,
5 dag masła,
sól i pieprz do smaku

Prepare instructions:

Pieczarki i cebule oczyścić, pokroić w piórka, paprykę w cienkie paski. Wymienione składniki podsmażyć na maśle, pod koniec smażenia dołożyć koncentrat, oprószyć mąką i rozprowadzić wywarem. Zagotować, zaprawić winem oraz śmietaną, doprawić solą i pieprzem. Oczyszczone filety z halibuta oprószyć solą, pieprzem oraz mąką. Smażyć na rozgrzanym tłuszczu. Usmażone filety z halibuta ułożyć na talerzu i polać uprzednio przygotowanym sosem.

Sos - rewelacja!! Na pewno go jeszcze zrobię np do ryżu.
