Ingredients:

- 1 puszka cieciorki

- 1 szklanka puree z dyni

- 2 lyzki pasty tahini

- 2 lyzki oliwy z oliwek

- 2 lyzki soku z cytryny

- 2 zabki czosnku

- 1/2 lyzeczki soli

- po 1/4 lyzeczki cynamonu i kminu rzymskiego (ang. cumin)

- szczypta pieprzu kajenskiego

Prepare instructions:

Zaczynamy od przygotowania puree z dyni. Kawalek wiekszej dyni wydrazamy z nasion i obieramy ze skory. Kroimy w kostke, wrzucamy do garnka i podlewamy niewielka iloscia

Kamila, ja dynię gotuję w mikrofalówce, bez wody /3x 5 minut na pełnej mocy/, ale najlepsza jest upieczona w piekarniku. Piekę większą ilość i potem mus zamrażam.

Zrobione. Kolejne szaleństwo dyniowe. Pycha. Polecam wszystkim, doskonałe smarowidło do chleba. Wędruje razem z moim chlebem dyniowym do szkoły na imprezę halloweenową.
