Biszkopty ułożyć w blaszce. Jabłka dobrze rozgrzać. Cały czas mieszając, wsypać galaretkę, dobrze rozpuścić. Wylać na biszkopty. Ubić śmietanę z kwaskiem cytrynowym, cukrem, a na koniec rozpuścić żelatynę i wlać do śmietany. Masę śmietanową wylać na zastygnięte jabłka. Posypać startą czekoladą. Wstawić do lodówki.
