Jajka po farmersku

Very easy

Ingredients:

- 8dag mąki kukurydzianej
- 15dag mąki pszennej
- 2 cebule
- 2 ząbki czosnku
- 1 łyżka oleju
- 8 jajek
- 2 pikantne papryczki chili lub chili w proszku ( zamiast chili można też dodać paprykę słodką )
- 100ml wody
- 5 łyżek koncentratu
- 20dag sera żółtego
- sól

Prepare instructions:

Całą mąkę wymieszać ze szczyptą soli.
Wyrobić najpierw mikserem, wlewają c 100ml wody, a potem dłońmi ugniatać na gładki ciasto.
Odłożyć na godzinę.
Zeszklić na oleju krążki cebuli.
Dodać posiekany czosnek i papryczkę chili, usmażyć.
Połączyć z koncentratem, przyprawić.
Z ciasta uformować 8 kulek.
Rozwałkować na posypanym mąką blacie na placki, smażyć po minucie z każdej strony na patelni posmarowanej olejem.
Następnie ułożyć na dwóch natłuszczonych blachach, przykryć farszem.

Na każdy placek wbić po jajku, posypać startym serem.
Piec ok 20 min w temp. 175 C

Tak przygotowane jajka po farmersku są wyśmienite.
Do tego dania dodaję również podsmażone pieczarki a przed posypaniem sera rozsypuję gdzie niegdzie kukurydzę...

Przepis wysmienity, podobny juz probowalam, ale kukurydza
popsuje go doszczetnie.W tym przepisie kukurydza jest zaglaskaniem kotka na smierc.
Aneetka, sprobuje jutro rano dla wyglodnialej mlodziezy, ale i tak wiem, ze
palce lizac. Dzieki
