Tosty jajeczne na szybkie śniadanie

Ingredients:

2 jajka

4-5 kromek chleba

vegeta, pieprz

4-5 plastrków sera żółtego

4-5 plasterków wędliny

ogórek konserwowy lub inne warzywa które zazwyczaj lubimy na kanapce

odrobina oleju lub masła

Prepare instructions:

Jajka wbijamy do miski, dodajemy wegetę i pieprz, rozkółcamy. Rozgrzewamy odrobinę oleju lub masła na patelni, kromki chleba moczymy z obu stron w jajku i odrazu dajemy na patelnie- smażymy chwilkę aż jako się zarumieni. Obracamy na drugą stronę a na tą już upieczoną dajemy plasterek sera żółtego aby się roztopił. Gdy druga strona się upiecze to dajemy na talerzyk, na roztopiony ser dajemy plasterek wędliny, ogórka i/lub inne ulubione warzywka . Polewamy ketchup lub majonezem- wg uznania.

takie sniadanko zawsze pojawia sie u mnie na stole, jak juz chleb nie jest swiezy. Dobry sposob na wykorzystanie czerstwego chleba. Pychotka :)
